Had a group stay here for a long weekend and we loved it! The house had more than enough space for everyone, we spent most of our days just hanging out at the house. The host was great, clear instructions for check in/out and quick responses for any questions I had! Would recommend this place to anyone!

The stay was great and about a 10 minute uber ride to broadway depending on traffic. Perfect for our bachelorette party! It was a little difficult to get into the back door of the apartment building when we arrived, the door was a tad jammed so even after entering the code, the door didn’t open so we had to go around front to the main door. The pool is definitely smaller in person and not a standard size pool. Overall good stay!

The place was cute and had an artsy vibe just like the pictures show. There was plenty of places to sleep and the bed mattresses were comfortable, but the top bunk bed in the guest room was not made nor had sheets on it. <br/>We did have to contact Daniel about a slow drain in the tub and he had someone out within 30-35 minutes. The only thing we (a group of 5 women) would suggest to make the stay much better is to put up shelves in the bathroom to place toiletries on and to add a toilet seat lid so we could close the toilet seat to keep things from falling into the toilet. The bathtub was slippery and sits at a tilt towards the drain and could use a slip resistant tub mat for safety purposes. Also a rug to place on the floor so one won’t slip getting out of the shower. There was a few close calls of falls from this issue. <br/>The pool is super tiny. We hoped to have a day in the sun but decided against it once we saw how small it was. I’d compare it to a hot tub in size. Overall stay 9/10

The property was amazing and slept 14 people comfortably! We loved the rooftop patio and utilized that area the most.  The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close proximity to all downtown Nashville activities. The only issue we ran into was a bunch of ants in the kitchen and second floor bedroom. Weren’t able to figure out where they were coming from. Other than that very appreciative of the property and had a wonderful time.

Easy to find & perfect for bachelorette parties. The space is very open and we were surprised with the size compared to the pictures. only 15-20 minute walk to broadway and a liquor store walkable right around the corner which was super convenient for us.

We had a large group that went down to Nashville and this place was perfect for us. Lots of beds and it was big enough that you never felt too cramped. There were a couple places to hang out so you could have a few different vibes going on. it was great.

This is a large unit, with plenty of sleeping space for large groups.  It is in close walking distance to Broadway and Nissan Stadium.  Daniel and his group of co-hosts are easy to contact and we’re always responsive to my questions or needs.  They were friendly and easy to work with.  Great value for the money.

Went for my cousins bachelor party and honestly the house was exactly what we needed. We had a few issues like the garage fridge not working, and the deck on the roof wasn’t in the best condition, but Noah was super responsive and even dropped off a cooler and bags of ice for us to make up for it. The space itself was great for what we needed and the location was a 10 minute Uber to everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend staying at this spot for anyone going for a bachelor party or group trip with friends.

Stayed here for a group trip. Walkable to Broadway (15-20 minutes). Gas station and restaurants nearby- be sure to check out Mr J’s for a pastrami and milkshake. Great layout- garage with pool table for hanging out, roof deck, and adequate beds. Would gladly stay here again!

Daniel's place was perfectly described in the listing and well suited for what our group was looking for. More than enough beds for a large party - there were 12 of us - with communal space and most of the supplies we needed for the trip. The place is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood with downtown only a short cab ride away and Vanderbilt / Centennial Park within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Great visit and would recommend for any large groups visiting Nashville!

This house was perfect for our stay. Very clean and lots of space to hang out with a big group. We had 6 cars and we all had a parking spot all weekend, so that wasn’t a problem! Although when we arrived the garage in the trash can was not taken out, the shower curtain/rod kept falling down throughout the weekend and the door knobs on the washer and dryer closet kept falling off. Daniel was very quick with responding the whole stay. Overall this house was 100% worth it and we would totally come again.

This spot was just a short walk to Broadway which was great. The pool table in the garage was good for the rainy day and we could have the garage door open for fresh air. Every room had its own bathroom which was ideal for 10 of us. Overall definitely would come back to this spot the next time we come to Nashville

Stayed for a bachelor party, and it was perfect for our situation. Lots of beds (many of them queen sized or larger), easy access to Broadway (15 min or less drive, high availability of Ubers), and parking at the unit. The built out garage was nice for a large group like ours since it provides a space in addition to the living room to hangout.

Hosts were very responsive and easy to coordinate with. We took advantage of the early check in / late checkout and it was easy to coordinate.

Overall this is a great option if you have a large group, don’t want to be split between 2 houses, and want something that is fairly priced relative to the size of the house and distance to broadway.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and provided detailed information about the location, which was convenient and not too far from the city center. 
The only detail missing was the exact number of beds and sofa beds available, but in the end, everything worked out  and we had all we needed. I definitely recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything was what we expected. :) The only “problem” we had was the thin walls and smell in the building. We could hear our neighbors’ conversations pretty clearly and there was a slight smell of cigarettes but I would put that on the building itself and not the actual unit. Besides that, everything was clean and accommodated us well!

When we arrived didn’t know there was an elevator. Had to haul our luggage up 4 flights. Could had used a heads up where it was located. Also had to buy some tin cooking pans to cook.

Great place to stay in Nashville with a group of friends! I stayed here for a weekend with 7 of my friends for my bday weekend…great location, about an 6-8 minute Uber ride to Broadway & about 10-15 mins from 12 south & the gulch…which we loved! Super cozy place, very private and felt right at home. We were all comfy and definitely took advantage of the washer & dryer just wished there was more than one bathroom for sure. Also great host, super responsive & catered to all our needs especially letting us check in hours earlier which really helped my group & I out! It was also nice to wake up and walk 7 minutes down the street to grab some Starbucks!

Our group of 6 women enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of sleeping space for all. We're used to sharing so the one bathroom was not a problem for us. The kitchen/living room area worked well for us too. When we were not out exploring the city and listening to some great music we relaxed in the plunge pool and used the patio area. The location, building elevator, and private parking area was great. Parking fees in the city are pretty pricey and add up fast. We only did that a couple of times before going with an Uber driver instead, which was nowhere near as expensive, and they were very quick to respond when we needed them.

Quaint and relaxing place to rest. Location has a really cool speak easy at bottom level,  and building was updated with new features but still had an old timey vibe too it. Location was very close to  restaurants for a multitude of choices within just a couple minutes. Would definitely stay there again. The team always answered within what seemed like seconds. Stayed with 4 kids and 3 adults. There was plenty of room to sleep us comfortably. Located in a very convenient location. The speakeasy is very well put together downstairs- shout out to the bartender Kenny!! He’s the man. 
The pool was one of the smallest my kids had ever seen, but that didn’t stop them from having a blast. 
Perfect place for party people or family. 


The stove- be sure to have a pan on the eye you are trying to use.. I had to reach out to the hosts who gladly came by to help me “fix” the stove. Idiotic on my part but just be aware- the stove has a safety feature, it won’t get hot unless a pan/ pot is on the burner.

Great place. Comfortable beds. Would have liked a little more kitchenware, as we wanted to cook, but it was sufficient.

A Quick/cheap Uber to Broadway and the place was really nice. All of the beds (even the pullout) were at least a full-size which was a plus.
