Had a group stay here for a long weekend and we loved it! The house had more than enough space for everyone, we spent most of our days just hanging out at the house. The host was great, clear instructions for check in/out and quick responses for any questions I had! Would recommend this place to anyone!

The stay was great and about a 10 minute uber ride to broadway depending on traffic. Perfect for our bachelorette party! It was a little difficult to get into the back door of the apartment building when we arrived, the door was a tad jammed so even after entering the code, the door didn’t open so we had to go around front to the main door. The pool is definitely smaller in person and not a standard size pool. Overall good stay!

The place was cute and had an artsy vibe just like the pictures show. There was plenty of places to sleep and the bed mattresses were comfortable, but the top bunk bed in the guest room was not made nor had sheets on it. <br/>We did have to contact Daniel about a slow drain in the tub and he had someone out within 30-35 minutes. The only thing we (a group of 5 women) would suggest to make the stay much better is to put up shelves in the bathroom to place toiletries on and to add a toilet seat lid so we could close the toilet seat to keep things from falling into the toilet. The bathtub was slippery and sits at a tilt towards the drain and could use a slip resistant tub mat for safety purposes. Also a rug to place on the floor so one won’t slip getting out of the shower. There was a few close calls of falls from this issue. <br/>The pool is super tiny. We hoped to have a day in the sun but decided against it once we saw how small it was. I’d compare it to a hot tub in size. Overall stay 9/10

The property was amazing and slept 14 people comfortably! We loved the rooftop patio and utilized that area the most.  The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close proximity to all downtown Nashville activities. The only issue we ran into was a bunch of ants in the kitchen and second floor bedroom. Weren’t able to figure out where they were coming from. Other than that very appreciative of the property and had a wonderful time.

Easy to find & perfect for bachelorette parties. The space is very open and we were surprised with the size compared to the pictures. only 15-20 minute walk to broadway and a liquor store walkable right around the corner which was super convenient for us.

We had a large group that went down to Nashville and this place was perfect for us. Lots of beds and it was big enough that you never felt too cramped. There were a couple places to hang out so you could have a few different vibes going on. it was great.

This is a large unit, with plenty of sleeping space for large groups.  It is in close walking distance to Broadway and Nissan Stadium.  Daniel and his group of co-hosts are easy to contact and we’re always responsive to my questions or needs.  They were friendly and easy to work with.  Great value for the money.

Went for my cousins bachelor party and honestly the house was exactly what we needed. We had a few issues like the garage fridge not working, and the deck on the roof wasn’t in the best condition, but Noah was super responsive and even dropped off a cooler and bags of ice for us to make up for it. The space itself was great for what we needed and the location was a 10 minute Uber to everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend staying at this spot for anyone going for a bachelor party or group trip with friends.

Stayed here for a group trip. Walkable to Broadway (15-20 minutes). Gas station and restaurants nearby- be sure to check out Mr J’s for a pastrami and milkshake. Great layout- garage with pool table for hanging out, roof deck, and adequate beds. Would gladly stay here again!

Daniel's place was perfectly described in the listing and well suited for what our group was looking for. More than enough beds for a large party - there were 12 of us - with communal space and most of the supplies we needed for the trip. The place is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood with downtown only a short cab ride away and Vanderbilt / Centennial Park within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Great visit and would recommend for any large groups visiting Nashville!

This house was perfect for our stay. Very clean and lots of space to hang out with a big group. We had 6 cars and we all had a parking spot all weekend, so that wasn’t a problem! Although when we arrived the garage in the trash can was not taken out, the shower curtain/rod kept falling down throughout the weekend and the door knobs on the washer and dryer closet kept falling off. Daniel was very quick with responding the whole stay. Overall this house was 100% worth it and we would totally come again.

This spot was just a short walk to Broadway which was great. The pool table in the garage was good for the rainy day and we could have the garage door open for fresh air. Stayed for a bachelor party, and it was perfect for our situation. Lots of beds (many of them queen sized or larger), easy access to Broadway (15 min or less drive, high availability of Ubers), and parking at the unit. The built out garage was nice for a large group like ours since it provides a space in addition to the living room to hangout.

Hosts were very responsive and easy to coordinate with. We took advantage of the early check in / late checkout and it was easy to coordinate.

Overall this is a great option if you have a large group, don’t want to be split between 2 houses, and want something that is fairly priced relative to the size of the house and distance to broadway.

Great location, good communication and what we were looking for in the Nashville area. The place does need some handiwork as the sofa in the living room was broken, a bathroom lock was broken off and shower pressure was very low. Overall it served its purpose and we had a great time.

We had a great time! The space held our group very well. 

The only feedback would be that the A/C was not working in our favor during a pretty cold weekend and the front door was pretty difficult to lock and unlock which the hosts assisted me with pretty quickly. 

The house itself was nice and the Ubers to and from broadway/midtown were not bad at all (maybe $20-$25).

Great space perfect for our large group! Plenty of beds and space for everyone, very clean and all amenities listed were readily accessible.

Large space was great for our big group! Kitchen was very nice. Place needs some maintenance done. Some of the furniture and doors were wobbly. I actually found a screwdriver and tighten up all the door handles. Front door was difficult to lock, kinda loose. Some of the darts, skeeball table and a fan were all broken. Lights on rooftop did not work. Cushions scattered all over the roof. Owners were friendly and responsive to messages.

Great place for large groups in Nashville. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The place could use some touch-ups, especially with some of the games posted on the listing, but I would definitely stay here again. Daniel and crew were excellent hosts.

Overall - great location with great hosts who respond very quickly to questions or concerns. I do have to say the balcony is spacious,  but not as big as it looks in the photos. Also, If you’re visiting during the summer time - plug the fans in right away! It took a few hours to cool the house down. You can find a fan in each bedroom closet. The house is perfect for big groups

This place is in a good location. Not walking distance to Broadway, but it’s only a 10 minute drive. The place needs additional maintenance with light bulbs out in several locations, touch up paint on the walls, cushions for the couch, etc. The pictures make the place seem a lot nicer and cleaner than it is. However, we all enjoyed our stay and had a great time!

House was amazing! Been to Nashville handful of times, this time for my Bachelor party - house exceeded expectations!! Extremely spacious; rooftop and game room were great additions to the house!

The house overall was okay, wasn’t as nice as the pictures, some broken stuff, and house was pretty dirty when we arrived. Poker set was dumped in the floor everywhere. We swept up a lot of dirt and dust off the main floor and had some leftover small trash in some of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Which it was a trip full of guys, it wasn’t the end of the world. 
For 2/3 of our trip, the main floor and bottom floor had no AC. Half of the bedrooms had no AC. When we reached out to the host, Kurt was responsive and came over quick and tried to fix it. He also brought some fans over once I asked for some.
AC wasn’t fixed until our 3rd day, so we reached out asking about a partial refund since we had no ac for 2/3 of our trip. Kurt responded again quickly, but said he would have to reach out to Daniel. We never heard from Daniel and had to have Airbnb support help. Daniel refused the partial refund Airbnb suggested based off their policy, and offered less. Airbnb had to cover the rest.

I’m not one to write a bad review, but there were a lot of things wrong with this Airbnb. To start off, multiple cockroaches on the first floor. Missing one of the cornhole boards. The bathroom on the bottom floor doesn’t have a garbage in it. Some sheets/beds were stained. Lack of coffee mugs for a 12 person Airbnb. Almost all door handles were broken. Some basic maintenance and this would’ve been a great spot. Seems like they did the bare minimum.

13 adults fit comfortably but I don’t think we would have been able to fit any more adults. There was enough towels within the whole unit for everyone to have 1 washcloth and 1 large towel for drying. The ski ball machine didn’t have balls, the dart board was so worn out the darts wouldn’t stick anymore, there was no chalk for the pool table & only 1 of 3 sticks had a tip and there was only 1 board for corn hole game. This unit needs to be deep cleaned, maintenance and cosmetic touch ups. The cleaning crew spot cleans, there was old moldy cookies in the cabinet, confetti from previous renters on the floor in the living room, the rooftop had beer and water bottles all over and the pillows for the patio set was thrown all over (it doesn’t look like cleaning crew goes on rooftop). The unit is in a nice quiet area but not in walking distance to anything but a cheap Uber ride got you everywhere.
